Eurosatory 2026

eurosatory 2026

The Work-Out team attended Eurosatory 2026, the world’s leading defence and security exhibition, bringing together more than 2,000 exhibitors from over 60 countries. For us, it was a milestone event that marked an important step in our mission to strengthen human performance, resilience and operational readiness across Europe.

A Strategic Partnership with Sopra Steria

One of the highlights of our visit was the official announcement of our partnership with Sopra Steria, a recognised leader in digital transformation and defence solutions across Europe.

Together, we will support Defence organisations with the deployment and growth of the Work-Out Human Performance Platform. By combining Sopra Steria’s expertise in defence and large-scale digital transformation with Work-Out’s focus on human performance, force readiness and wellbeing, we aim to help military organisations better understand, support and optimise the performance of their personnel.

Welcoming Minister-President Matthias Diependaele

A particularly memorable moment during Eurosatory was the visit of Matthias Diependaele, Minister-President of Flanders, who joined us during the partnership signing ceremony.

We were honoured to present our vision and discuss the growing importance of investing in the human dimension of Defence. While technology continues to evolve rapidly, operational effectiveness ultimately depends on people; their readiness, resilience, health and ability to perform under pressure.

The Minister-President’s presence highlighted the increasing recognition of innovative Flemish companies and their contribution to strengthening European Defence capabilities through technology, expertise and entrepreneurship.

Why Human Performance matters more than ever

Another highlight of Eurosatory was the opportunity for Co-Founder Jenthe, to speak with Eurosatory News about a topic that is often overlooked in defence discussions: Human Performance.

Across the exhibition halls, there was no shortage of innovation. Advanced vehicles, autonomous systems, drones, sensors and cutting-edge technologies demonstrated the significant investments being made in defence capabilities.

But one question kept returning: What about the people operating these systems?

Modern armed forces invest heavily in equipment and technology, yet operational effectiveness ultimately depends on the men and women behind those capabilities. Technology can enhance performance, but it cannot replace physical readiness, mental resilience, recovery, decision-making under pressure or long-term wellbeing.

By measuring, understanding and optimising the factors that influence performance, defence organisations can better support their personnel throughout their careers while maintaining operational effectiveness.

Looking ahead

With strong partners, growing international interest and a shared vision for improving human performance in Defence, we are more motivated than ever to continue building solutions that put people at the centre of operational readiness.

We would like to thank Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), Sopra Steria, Matthias Diependaele, and everyone who contributed to making this milestone possible.
