Technology continues to transform Defence, yet people remain the decisive factor. Every vehicle, weapon system and mission ultimately depends on the physical, cognitive and mental performance of the operator. NATO also emphasises that readiness, interoperability and transformation ultimately depend on the people who operate and adapt these systems. Despite its importance, Human Performance is often unmanaged, or through fragmented data, disconnected source and target systems, and isolated workflows. Without a connected ecosystem, data cannot be continuously sourced, analysed and optimised to maximise readiness, resilience and performance.
